Summary

This study aims to improve how doctors measure disease activity in people with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA), a type of inflammatory arthritis affecting the spine and joints. Researchers will use whole-body MRI scans and machine learning to create a new assessment system. About 100 participants with symptoms like chronic back pain or arthritis will be followed for two years to see how MRI changes relate to inflammation and joint damage.
