New hope for Tough-to-Treat skin cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug, LNS8801, for people with advanced melanoma that has spread and no longer responds to standard immunotherapies. Researchers want to see if LNS8801, taken alone or combined with the drug pembrolizumab, can stop or slow cancer growth better than other available treatments. About 135 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups for up to two years.
