Hope for kids with Tough-to-Treat IBD: study tests Next-Generation drugs

NCT ID NCT07198113

Summary

This study aims to find out which newer medications work best and are safest for children with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) when standard anti-TNF drugs have stopped working. It will follow about 1100 children and teens who are already starting one of these newer medications as part of their regular care. Researchers will track their symptoms, quality of life, and any side effects over up to three years to compare the different treatment options.
