New Triple-Threat attack on Tough-to-Treat colon cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new first-line treatment for people with advanced, HER2-positive colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It combines three drugs—trastuzumab-deruxtecan, capecitabine, and bevacizumab—to see how well they shrink tumors and control the disease. The main goal is to measure the overall response rate (how many patients' tumors shrink significantly) in about 42 participants.
