New Valve-in-Valve procedure aims to help High-Risk heart patients

Summary

This study is testing a new, less invasive heart valve called the SAPIEN X4. It is for people whose previous surgical valve replacement is now failing and who are at high risk for another open-heart surgery. Doctors will place the new valve inside the old one using a catheter through a blood vessel to see if it is safe and effective at improving heart function and quality of life.
