NCT ID NCT07534904

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested a new hollow cusp fracture reducer for fixing broken thigh and kneecap bones. 142 patients were split into two groups: one got the new device, the other had standard manual reduction. The new tool shortened surgery time, reduced X-ray use, and improved accuracy of wire placement. It also helped bones heal faster with fewer complications, making it a safe and effective option for minimally invasive fracture repair.
