Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, dexamethasone, and isatuximab) in 50 adults newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who are eligible for a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see how many patients achieve a complete response after four treatment cycles. While the approach aims to control the disease deeply, ongoing management is typically needed.
