NCT ID NCT07600151

First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new five-drug combination for people newly diagnosed with high-risk multiple myeloma. The goal is to see if adding two extra drugs (etentamig and isatuximab) to a standard three-drug regimen improves outcomes. About 220 participants will receive the combo before and after a stem cell transplant. The study checks safety and how well the treatment controls the cancer.
