Summary

This early-stage study is testing if adding a new drug called parsaclisib to a standard chemotherapy regimen (R-CHOP) is safe and more effective for patients with newly diagnosed, high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The main goals are to find the safest dose of the new combination and see if it helps more patients achieve a complete response. It is for adults with specific high-risk features of this aggressive blood cancer.
