Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new combination of two drugs, zanubrutinib and odronextamab, for patients with Richter's transformation, a fast-growing lymphoma. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand the side effects. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps shrink the cancer.
