Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a new approach for people with high-risk locally advanced rectal cancer. Participants will receive a short course of radiation with a boost to the tumor, combined with chemotherapy (capecitabine and oxaliplatin) and an immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab).
