New Triple-Threat cancer therapy enters human testing

NCT ID NCT06320405

Summary

This study is testing whether combining three different cancer drugs is safe and effective for treating advanced solid tumors that have spread or returned after standard treatments. The three drugs work in different ways: one helps the immune system attack cancer, one blocks tumor growth signals, and one directly kills cancer cells. The trial will enroll about 38 adults whose cancer has progressed despite available treatments.
