Summary

This study tests a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (adebrelimab and chidamide) plus two chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine and S1) as a first treatment for people with advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. The goal is to see if this mix can slow tumor growth and extend survival. About 45 adults who have not had prior treatment for their stage of cancer will take part.
