First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests a new combination of four drugs (adebrelimab, chidamide, gemcitabine, and S1) as a first treatment for people with advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this mix can slow tumor growth and extend survival better than current chemotherapy alone. About 45 adults aged 18 to 75 who have not had prior treatment for this stage of cancer will take part.
