New Three-Drug combo aims to control Tough-to-Treat colon cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug, ABT-301, combined with two existing cancer immunotherapies (tislelizumab and bevacizumab) for people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. The main goals are to find the safest dose of the new drug and see if the three-drug combination can shrink tumors. It is for adults whose cancer has worsened after trying at least two prior treatments.
