Summary
This study is testing a new treatment for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells, arm them in the lab to better recognize and attack cancer, and then infuse them back into the patient. The main goals are to see if this approach is safe and to get an early look at whether it can help control the cancer.
