New scan could spot hidden cancers more clearly

Summary
This study is testing a new imaging substance called [18F]FAPI-74 to see if it can detect certain cancers better than current standard scans. It will involve 320 adults with one of 10 specific cancer types who are scheduled for treatment. Participants will receive both the new tracer and the standard tracer in separate scans to directly compare how well each one finds tumors.
