First human trial launches for experimental cancer 'Breaker' drug

Summary

This is the first human study testing a new experimental drug called BBO-10203 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to find safe doses and see how the body processes the drug, both alone and when combined with other standard cancer treatments. The study will enroll 392 adults with specific types of advanced breast, lung, or colorectal cancer who have already tried standard treatments.
