Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug called ACE-86225106 to see if it is safe and can help control advanced solid tumors in adults. It is for people with cancers like ovarian, breast, or prostate cancer that have not responded well to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
