Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new drug called PF-08046049/SGN-BB228. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors, including melanoma, lung, colorectal, pancreatic cancer, or mesothelioma, that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to see what side effects occur and how the body processes the drug.
