NCT ID NCT06099795

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is testing a new, portable breath test called eBAM-CoV to see if it can detect COVID-19 as accurately as the standard nasal swab test (RT-PCR). The breath test is less invasive and gives immediate results. Researchers will compare the two tests in 250 adults who have symptoms or were in close contact with someone who has COVID-19.
