New scan could sharpen breast cancer detection

NCT ID NCT06715826

Summary

This study is testing two new imaging agents for PET/CT scans to see if they can better detect and characterize breast cancer tumors. The goal is to see if these new scans can more accurately show where cancer is located and how much of certain proteins the tumors have. This could help doctors make better treatment decisions in the future.
