Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs (venetoclax, azacitidine, chidamide, and others) against the standard chemotherapy for adults aged 60-75 with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if the new combo leads to more remissions and fewer side effects. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments.
