Scientists develop 3D 'Window' into tumors to find better treatments
NCT ID NCT07239063
Summary
This study is testing a new way to create detailed 3D pictures of lung and colon cancer tumors from patient tissue samples. Researchers will use a special process to make the tissue clear and then stain it with fluorescent dyes to see its full 3D structure. The goal is to help doctors better understand the cancer's shape and features, which could lead to more precise diagnoses and treatment plans.
