Summary
This study tests whether surgically removing the central mole (halo nevus) in people with vitiligo leads to better skin color restoration than using medication alone. Sixty participants aged 6 to 45 will be randomly assigned to either have the mole removed plus standard treatment, or receive only standard treatment. The trial will track repigmentation over 6 months to see which approach works better.
