First seen Jun 26, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This study will follow 460 diabetes patients who take semaglutide to see if those with nerve damage (neuropathy) are more likely to develop stomach retention, where food stays in the stomach too long. Participants will have a stomach exam to check for retained food or liquid. The goal is to better understand who might be at risk for this side effect.
