First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week neuromuscular training program can improve knee control and performance in college basketball players who had ACL surgery at least a year ago. Thirty male players will either do standard basketball training or add special balance and jumping exercises. Researchers will measure knee movement and jump height to see if the extra training helps athletes land more safely and reduce re-injury risk.
