Summary
This completed trial tested whether combining neurodynamic exercises with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques can reduce pain and improve range of motion in people with carpal tunnel syndrome. Forty-eight diagnosed patients performed the exercises for two weeks, five days a week. Researchers measured changes in pain and disability using standard questionnaires.
