Summary
This study tests a new treatment for children whose high-risk neuroblastoma has returned or not responded to standard therapy. It combines a tumor vaccine (to train the immune system to attack cancer cells) with daily low-dose chemotherapy (to weaken the tumor's defenses). The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can help control the disease.
