Summary
This study compared nerve gliding exercises (neural mobilization) to standard physical therapy in 40 children aged 5–18 with cerebral palsy and leg spasticity. The goal was to see if these exercises improve joint movement, pain, and daily function. Results may offer a new therapy option to ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
