Nerve wrap aims to ease shoulder pain after neck cancer surgery

Summary
This study tests a porcine nerve wrap placed around a key nerve during neck dissection for head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if it improves shoulder movement and reduces disability after surgery. About 74 adults who have not had prior neck treatment will be enrolled.
