Zapping the neck to fight opioid cravings

Summary

This study is testing whether a handheld device that gently stimulates a nerve in the neck can help people with opioid addiction. Participants stay in a hospital for about a week to see if the device safely reduces withdrawal symptoms and cravings. The goal is to see if this non-surgical approach can help manage the difficult process of stopping opioid use.
