NCT ID NCT06008275
First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether combining two drugs, neratinib and ruxolitinib, is safe and can shrink tumors in people with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer that has come back in the chest wall after chemotherapy. About 20 women aged 18 or older will take both pills daily. The main goal is to see how many patients have a complete or partial response, and how long that response lasts.
