First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving two drugs (a PD-1 inhibitor and an EGFR inhibitor) before surgery can shrink advanced skin cancer tumors enough to make surgery easier or even unnecessary. About 27 adults with borderline resectable skin cancer will receive up to 4 cycles of these drugs. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and effective at reducing the cancer before any operation.
