First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug that delivers radiation directly to cancer cells by targeting a protein called Nectin-4. It is for people with advanced solid tumors (like bladder, breast, lung, or cervical cancer) that have not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink tumors. About 150 participants will receive the drug intravenously.
