Summary

This study tests two different exercise programs—Muscle Energy Technique and Neck Calliet Exercises—to see which better reduces neck pain and disability in nurses with trigger points. Thirty-eight female nurses will receive one of the two treatments for four weeks. Researchers will measure pain, neck movement, and daily function before and after treatment.
