Summary
This study tests whether a supervised neck exercise program or a mild nerve stimulation device can reduce chronic neck pain in university students aged 18-30. Over six weeks, 51 participants will be assigned to exercise, nerve stimulation, or a placebo group. Researchers will measure pain, pressure sensitivity, and mood before and after treatment.
