NCT ID NCT06750718
First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether virtual reality (VR) exercises could help people with long-term neck pain move better and feel less discomfort. Fifty adults with chronic non-specific neck pain did either VR-based or standard sensorimotor training. The goal was to see if the fun, interactive VR approach improves pain, flexibility, and daily function more than traditional therapy alone.
