Summary
This study aims to find out how common neck and low back pain is among nursing students at the University of the West Indies. It will also test whether a spine-specific exercise program can reduce pain and improve daily life compared to general exercises. About 400 students will take part, and their pain levels will be measured before and after 8 weeks of exercise.
