Summary
This pilot study tests whether an inhaled drug called AER101 can reduce glycolysis—the process cancer cells use to break down sugar for energy—in early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. Participants inhale the drug three times daily for two weeks before their scheduled surgery. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or weaken the tumor by cutting its fuel supply.
