This study follows 600 adults with non-compaction cardiomyopathy, a poorly understood heart condition that raises the risk of heart failure, stroke, and dangerous heart rhythms. Researchers will use advanced imaging, genetic testing, and machine learning to better predict which patients face the highest risks. The goal is to improve treatment decisions and avoid unnecessary preventive measures in low-risk patients.
