Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called NBM-BMX in people with advanced solid tumors or newly diagnosed glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer). The drug is given alone for solid tumors or combined with standard treatments (radiation and chemotherapy) for brain cancer. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the drug helps control the disease. About 79 adults will take part.
