New hope for kids with aggressive cancer: adding drug to first treatment

Summary
This trial is testing if adding a new drug called naxitamab to the standard first round of chemotherapy can better control a serious childhood cancer called high-risk neuroblastoma. It will involve about 93 children and young adults up to age 21 who are newly diagnosed. The goal is to see if this combination leads to a stronger initial response to treatment and helps patients live longer.
