Summary
This completed trial tested whether spending 30 minutes a day in nature, with quiet contemplation, could improve spiritual well-being in healthy adults. 41 participants were asked to walk, sit, and silently observe nature for 10 sessions over 14 days. The study measured changes in spiritual well-being using questionnaires.
