Summary
This study tested if listening to nature sounds while getting out of bed could help patients feel better after gallbladder surgery. Researchers worked with 70 adults to see if this simple method reduced their anxiety, pain, and stress levels. They measured these feelings using questionnaires and a smart watch to track stress.
