Summary
This study looked at whether listening to nature sounds while walking after laparoscopic gallbladder surgery can lower anxiety, pain, and stress. 70 adult patients having their first gallbladder surgery took part. They were asked to walk while hearing nature sounds, and their anxiety, pain, and stress levels were measured using simple scales and a smartwatch.
