This study looks at a specific nose surgery method called lateral crural steal with columellar strut graft. It aims to improve the shape and rotation of the nose tip in people getting a first-time rhinoplasty. About 22 participants will be followed to see how well the technique works and if results last. The study measures changes in nose tip projection and rotation using special software, and also asks patients how satisfied they are with the outcome.
