Summary

This study tests a specific nose surgery method called lateral crural steal with columellar strut graft in 22 people having their first rhinoplasty. The goal is to see how well it improves the nose tip's projection and rotation, and if results last. Participants will have their nose measurements and satisfaction tracked after surgery.
