Summary

This study aims to find the best nasal spray medication for quickly relieving severe pain in children who come to the emergency room with injuries like broken bones. Researchers will compare two pain-relieving sprays—sufentanil and ketamine—given alongside standard care to see which works better and is safer. The trial will include 116 children aged 6-17 with severe limb pain from trauma.
