Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called naronapride in 328 adults with moderate to severe gastroparesis (stomach paralysis) caused by diabetes or unknown reasons. Participants took either a low, medium, or high daily dose of naronapride or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if the drug could reduce common symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and feeling full too quickly.
