First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at body fluids from 60 people with narcolepsy to find clues about what causes the condition. Narcolepsy is a rare brain disorder that causes extreme daytime sleepiness and sudden muscle weakness. The goal is to identify markers that could lead to better diagnosis and understanding of the disease, not to test a treatment.
