Summary
This study looks at whether watching short, educational videos (called nano-learning) can help older adults with sarcopenia (muscle loss) stick to exercise and nutrition guidelines and reduce depression. Researchers will enroll 180 people aged 60 and older in a rural area. The goal is to see if this simple approach improves physical function and well-being.
